Hi! My name is Malory Christensen. I’m a therapist who helps kids, teens, and adults feel supported and understood. I work with people who are going through hard times, like anxiety, sadness, family problems, or big life changes. I believe therapy works best when we work together as a team.
I went to Antioch University in Seattle and earned a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with a focus in Art Therapy. I’ve worked with many kinds of clients, including kids, teens, families, and people going through tough divorces.
In therapy, I use both talking and art to help people share how they feel. Art therapy isn’t just about coloring or painting—it’s a way to express thoughts and emotions that are hard to say out loud. You don’t need to be an artist to try it. Anyone can use art in therapy!
My dog Enzo comes to every session with me. He is calm, sweet, and hypoallergenic (so he’s safe for people with allergies). He loves to sit and listen, and many clients find him comforting.
I grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. I got my college degree from Westminster College, where I studied Ceramics and Psychology. In college, I helped kids at a hospital take photos and edit them. That’s when I saw how powerful art can be. I knew I wanted to help people using art, so I became an Art Therapist.
Outside of work, I like spending time with my husband, Colton, and our two dogs, Enzo and Apache. I also enjoy playing video games, watching movies, and making art when I can.
If you’re looking for someone to talk to, I’m here to help you feel safe, heard, and supported.
