Jess began her therapeutic journey more than 10 years ago in the clinical field of sexual addiction and trauma work, facilitating groups for men who identified as “addicts” and their partners navigating the healing process from betrayal trauma.
Over the past six years, Jess has gained extensive education and knowledge in sexual health, making it her professional mission to bridge the gap between sex addiction and sexual health and pleasure. Within that framework, she works with men who identify as having Out of Control Sexual Behavior (OCSB), couples experiencing desire and intimacy struggles, women who experience pain or discomfort during sex, and individuals seeking to heal from past abuse and trauma. Jess is welcoming and knowledgeable in working with members of the LGBTQQI+ community, as well as individuals with concerns related to BDSM, kink, ethical non-monogamy (ENM), and polyamory.
In addition to her work in sexual health, Jess addresses a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, boundary-setting, family dynamics, spiritual crises, and life transitions. She understands that navigating the complexities of spirituality and religion can be a long, lonely, and painful journey—one that she is both passionate about and skilled in holding space for.
