Short Biography

Rachel is a practicum student working towards her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Brigham Young University and has had a passion for mental health from a young age. Before entering school, Rachel worked at a behavioral hospital providing psychoeducation groups for adolescents. In her downtime, Rachel enjoys reading, exercising, spending time with her husband and family, and playing video games.
